I check through the peephole, but it isn’t one of my friends. There is a man on the other side with what looks like a bunch of flowers in his hand. He either has the wrong address, or they are for one of my neighbours who aren’t in. I quickly answer before he disappears.

When I come face-to-face with who the voice belongs to, I swallow hard. He is so handsome. He’s tall, with broad shoulders, slicked back dark-brown hair, and bright, blue eyes. A perfectly sculpted jaw, lips that are amazingly symmetrical, and not to mention, they look incredibly kissable.

Chapter Three

I clean her hand, causing her to hiss in pain. 'Sorry. On the bright side, you don’t need stitches.' I smile as I cover the wound. 'Thank you for taking care of it,' she replies, tugging her lower lip between her teeth. Her eyes are bright with what seems like lust.

Chapter Two

I take my time walking around, concentrating on what I am doing. The next thing I know, someone barges into me and pushes me over. I lose my balance and fall. The tray of champagne hits the floor with a clatter and most the glasses smash. I hear a laugh. When I look up, I see Bella standing there with a couple of her friends, and they’re all laughing at me.
