Chapter 4 The nuptial night

"Ok!"

Hearing this, Valen Gu immediately smiled.

So she ran out of the room with the wedding dress.

Scales Lu was stunned at first, and then he chased after her.

Outside the room, the housekeeper was still waiting in the corridor. Suddenly, the door opened and a little girl in a white wedding dress rushed out of the room. He even didn't look at her clearly.

"Little Mrs Lu!"

He hurriedly called.

Valen Gu ran past him, but soon returned.

The housekeeper lowered his head.

He said respectfully, "Yes, little Mrs. Lu!"

Valen Gu's nose scrunched up.

She shook her head. "I'm not his wife. My name is Valen Gu..."

"Valen Gu!"

As soon as she finished speaking, Scales Lu's reproach came.

Valen Gu turned to look at him. When she saw the man was angry, she could not but hide behind the housekeeper.

The behavior startled the housekeeper.

He quickly moved aside and said awkwardly, "Little Mrs. Lu, please don't do this!"

Valen Gu said with a sad face, "I want to go home..."

Before the housekeeper could answer, Scales Lu had already walked over with vigorous strides.

Without any mercy, he grabbed Valen Gu's little shoulder and dragged her back.

Valen Gu screamed with fear.

Scales Lu threw her into the room and ordered coldly, "Ask the kitchen to send some food."

Valen Gu held layers of wedding dress and sat alone on the stool at the end of the bed.

Scales Lu stood opposite her and stared at her.

Valen Gu looked up at him. The lights were turned on in the bedroom, so she finally saw the man's face as she wished.

She didn't know how to describe his appearance, but she felt that her brother-in-law was handsome, just like the stars she saw on TV.

At the moment, there was a knock on the door, accompanied by the housekeeper's voice, "Sir, midnight snack is ready for you."

Scales Lu glanced at Valen Gu and said, "Come in!"

The butler pushed the door and walked in, followed by a servant. In the tray, there were two bowls of hot red bean with glutinous rice balls.

Valen Gu was very hungry, but she did not rush over as rashly as before.

The little woman was smart. She had realized that Scales Lu was the owner of this place, so she asked his opinion first.

"Is this for me?"

She asked.

Scales Lu hang up lips. "Of course."
