Book one: Kacey Matthews is a lab tech at alpha securities, she’s been there for a couple of years and has solved many cases, until her best friend, and her crush’s little brother goes missing, and she’s pulled off his case. After the night they slept together, they have to act like things haven’t changed between them. Easier said than done. Especially after he gives her the jump drive of Donovan’s and she’s attacked when she starts to try to decode what Donovan is trying to tell her. Then the two of them are pressed together because her brother doesn’t trust anyone else to now protect her and her special photographic memory, which is soon to be out for everyone to know. Now it’s still up to Kacey and Kyle to find Donovan, prove he’s not a traitor, bring him home safe and to figure out who is trying to set him up to take the fall. 

Book two: 
All Donovan Davenport can seem to do is keep getting into trouble. Between helping his father and now getting involved with a case that fellow agent, Lita Cooper, has messed up a little and gotten her little sister involved, nothing is going right of Alpha Securities. He pulls all his resources he has from his family to keep Lita out of danger and her little sister, Leslie. Lita was trying to shut down a sex trafficking ring, one that had ended up killing her father. Everything gets out of control when she drops her car off to her sister one night while she was tracking the suspects. 

Soon Leslie has to go into hiding and who better to put her with than Shawn Tammeron, his older brother's best friend, and a fellow agent.
