Important Beast World Lore
THE WORLD'S ORIGIN-THE GREAT DECAY
1,000 Years Ago – Earth, 3025
Humanity reached peak arrogance. Science, greed, genetic fuckery....you name it, they abused it. One final experiment cracked the code of beast DNA to cure disease and “improve” humanity... but instead, it broke the world.
They called it Project Chimera.
A virus meant to hybridize human and animal DNA to create super soldiers mutated, escaped, and became airborne. The result?
The Ruin Plague. It didn’t just kill. It rewrote.
80% of the population died within the first year
The survivors began to change....bones stretching, instincts sharpening
Beasts were born from the ashes....shifters with primal rage and no need for machines
The old world crumbled. Nature reclaimed it.
THE BEAST GODS - The Twin Veil
After the plague, the first true beast shifters awoke to dreams of two divine beings.
THORON, the Beast God of Strength and Feral Rage
VIRENA, the Beast Goddess of Balance, Fertility, and Bonding
They are the twin creators, two sides of the wild divine.
THORON-God of Fire, Strength, and the Hunt
Massive, lion wolf hybrid
Covered in molten armor that shifts like lava
Voice like a thunderstorm
Teaches males to honor rage but not let it consume them
His symbol is the Burning Fang
He rewards loyalty, courage, and restraint
“Let your beast breathe, but never let it lead.”
VIRENA-Goddess of Moon, Bonding, and Blood Harmony
Sleek, glowing panther with antlers made of crystal
Her fur shifts with the moon phases
Soft voice, terrifying presence
Created the female soothing gift to balance Thoron’s fire
Her symbol is the Veiled Claw
She watches the mating bonds...and punishes those who abuse them
“You were born to bind the beast, not break him.”
WHY ARE FEWER FEMALES BEING BORN?
The world was once balanced...females were rare, but sacred. But over the centuries…
Females became:
Entitled from birth due to their power
Cruel to lower ranked males
Hoarding mates and discarding them when bored
Using their soothing aura to manipulate, not heal
Demanding tribute without ever giving affection
Many refuse bonds, playing games until males go feral and kill.
The gods see all. And Virena? She’s done.
THE CURSE OF THE WOMB
Virena, in grief and fury, whispered a divine curse into the moonlight: “Until my daughters return to grace, I will seal the wombs one by one.”
Fewer females are born each year. Some are born sick or voiceless...unable to bond at all.
The Myrren tier females have all but vanished. The gods do not speak to seers like they used to.
Only a handful of truly worthy females still receive dreams or visions from the gods.
THE PROPHECY
“From shadowed womb and fire born blood,
A she beast shall rise who kneels to none,
But loves like the wind, fierce and free.
Through her, the balance will be restored,
Or broken forever.”
WHAT IS A MOONCALL?
A Mooncall is a biological and magical heat cycle triggered by the lunar phases, specifically the full moon, that affects both unbonded males and high tier females in the world of the Primal Order.
It’s nature’s way of saying:
"Get down, get dirty, or go batshit."
FOR MALES:
During a Mooncall, unbonded or poorly bonded males, especially Rageborn, Diremarks, and Wyrmshards, experience:
Beast Rage: Insatiable need to hunt, fight, or fuck
Sensory Overload: They can smell females from miles away, especially during their heat
Impulse Loss: Control over their feral urges breaks down, even in public
Pack Frenzy: Sometimes packs will brawl over a single available female unless she claims one
If they’re not calmed, they either:
Go fully feral
Snap and try to claim a female without consent (which is punishable by castration or death, FYI)
FOR FEMALES:
Only Velavine and higher feel the full Mooncall effect. It triggers:
Heat (intensified need for touch, stimulation, release)
Aura Flares: Their energy becomes so intoxicating it compels nearby males
Emotional Surge: Dreams, visions, and intense craving for their mates or fated ones
Voice of the Veil: Some high tier females can command males with just their voice during a Mooncall
If they’re not satisfied or surrounded by their mates:
They go into Burn – a magical fever that can only be cured by orgasm or sacred bonding
BEAST RANKING SYSTEM
Call it the “Primal Order”
Instead of letters, we use Tiered Titles that sound raw, tribal, and visceral. Both males and females are measured on this same scale, but with different energy types (dominant vs. harmonizing). There are 5 tiers, from low to apex.
MALE PRIMAL ORDER (Shifter Power Levels)
1. Emberfang
Young or low power males
Just barely managing beast control
Allowed to apply for female bond at public events only
2. Ashclaw
Stable beast energy, proven self control
Can form bonds with mid tier females
Common guards, traders, scouts
3. Rageborn
Combat proven, high energy output
Must undergo regular discipline rituals to keep feral urges down
Must have supervision during Mooncall events
Often serve as elite hunters and village protectors
4. Diremark
Dangerous, dominant, revered
Not allowed near unbonded females without escort
Must wear a control band or undergo ritual calming monthly
Can only be bonded by equivalent ranked females
5. Wyrmshard (Apex, Mythic tier)
Legends. Unstable. Animal instincts bleed into human form
Some say they can’t speak when triggered, only growl and
claim
Can command lesser males with voice
Only “Myrren-tier” females can bond them
If unbonded too long, they go Full Feral
FEMALE PRIMAL ORDER (Soothing Power Levels)
1. Glowkin
Gentle calming energy, only soothes Emberfangs and Ashclaws
Used in nurseries, healing tents, safezones
Not eligible for multi mate harems
2. Velavine
Medium tier energy, stabilizes Rageborns
Encouraged to bond with 2-3 lower tier males
Often the center of small village harems
3. Solstice Bloom
Strong enough to anchor a Diremark
Typically form large harems (4–7+ males)
Known for dream sharing, emotional echoes, aura manipulation
4. Noctira
Calms any tier, including Wyrmshard
Has healing orgasmic energy (yep, I said it)
Her presence alone causes most males to drop to one knee
Protected by law and ritual...often matched via formal challenge trials
5. Myrren (Mythic tier)
Fated soul bond females
Rarest in existence, can fully claim a Wyrmshard with a single look
Can break other bonds with touch
When aroused, can trigger Mooncalls across an entire territory
REGISTRATION SYSTEM-THE FEMALE LEDGER
Every female is registered at birth by village or traveling priestesses. They’re tested at puberty in a ritual called The Veil Awakening...where male volunteers stand near them and priests record the beast reaction.
Power level is confirmed by reaction: growling, kneeling, uncontrolled shifting, or passing out.
Once registered: She’s added to the Primal Registry Scrolls
She’s allowed to receive bond applications. She can also issue Claim Rights if she sees a male she wants
BONDING PROCESS OPTIONS
Application Bonding (Most Common)
Males submit blood, stats, discipline history, power tier, known behavior traits, and a personal offering.
Females choose who they want to test during a Bonding Season
Tests include exposure proximity, arousal resistance, submission control, and Dream Veil compatibility
Fated Bonds (Rare, Uncontrolled)
Marked by searing pain, shared dreams, involuntary scent recognition, glowing bond marks
Both parties are instantly bound unless one rejects (which causes immense damage or death)
Fated bonds override the registry system
Claim Challenges (Female-Initiated)
A female may choose any unbonded male and publicly announce Claim Intent
If he accepts, it’s done. If not, she may compel him through Veil Seduction
Her aura forces his beast to submit...if he resists, she gains rank. If he submits, he becomes hers.
REVERSE HAREM SYSTEM
Females can claim multiple males as long as they remain balanced
Every female has a Bond Limit based on her tier
Glowkin = 1–2 mates
Velavine = 2–4
Solstice Bloom = 5–7
Noctira = 8–12
Myrren = unlimited (goddamn queen shit)
Her aura must touch each mate weekly, or bonds begin to strain
Sex strengthens bonds, but so does touch, shared sleep, and emotional intimacy
Mooncall Sanctuary Zones
“Built by the wild hearted, guarded by the flame.”
Excerpt from the Veilborn Codex, hidden scripture of the Untamed Sisterhood
ORIGINS
Mooncalls were once celebrated.
For centuries, they were the time when bondmates would burn together under the stars, when gods whispered between sheets, when the Veil between beast and beauty thinned.
But not every female was protected. Not every female wanted to be touched. And some, too young, too powerful, or simply unwilling, were hunted. Torn apart by males who lost control. Or claimed by packs too strong to resist.
The gods did not interfere. So the females did.
It began with a Solstice Bloom named Tahlia Ravenn....unbonded, scarred, and furious. She gathered others like her and carved out a hidden region far beyond any male run territory.
She called it Nyrah’s Hollow, after the legend of a Myrren who refused to bond and walked into the mountains alone.
That sanctuary became the first Mooncall Safe Zone.
Now, there are seven known across the continent.
WHAT THEY ARE
Mooncall Sanctuaries are female run, female guarded, magically warded strongholds where...
No males are allowed within 10 miles
Aura suppressors and scent blockers are embedded into the ground
Dreamcall rituals allow emotional processing and energy balancing without mating
Combat trained guards...usually former Solstice Blooms and Noctira...defend the borders with blood and bone
WHY THEY EXIST
1. To protect unbonded or young females during Mooncalls who aren’t ready or willing to bond
2. To offer healing for females who have been mistreated, force claimed, or broken by failed bonds
3. To give space for powerful females like Myrren or rogue Noctira to grow into their power without being hunted
4. To provide choice. Because not every female wants a harem. Some want peace. Some want none.
“We are not property. We are power.” – High Sister Jaelei of the Crimson Grove Sanctuary
FEATURES OF A SANCTUARY
Ward Circles: Carved into stone and bones, powered by blood and moonlight, these wards stop all male tracking, aura sensing, and mental calls
Moon Pools: Sacred baths where women can release the burn of Mooncall with each other’s support or solitude
Echo Gardens: Fields of flowering plants tuned to emotions; they absorb feral tension from the air
The Silent Flame: A torch that never goes out, lit from the bones of the first woman who died refusing a forced bond...it fuels the protective magic
CONTROVERSY
Some males claim sanctuary zones are disrespectful to the gods’ design
Some females abuse the protection, using it to taunt, then flee bond claims
Fated Bonds can override the warding...if one member is pulled by the Veil, they may find each other regardless
But for many, sanctuary is the only way to survive the burn.
THE CODE OF THE SANCTUARY SISTERS
“I am not prey.
I am not prize.
I am flame, bone, bloom, and storm.
I choose who touches me.
I choose who hears me.
I choose.”
PRIMAL ASCENSION-RANKING UP IN THE BEAST REALM
"You were born wild. But rising? That takes blood."
FEMALE ASCENSION- The Soothing Path
Female ranks are based on emotional strength, aura control, and dominance over beastkind. Females do not fight physically (usually), but they engage in Claiming Trials and Veil Rites to grow.
Female Rank Ups (Summary):
1. Claiming Dominance:
If a female forces a male of equal or higher rank to submit during a Claiming Challenge, she ascends by one tier
Submission must be witnessed, verbal, or sensory ( he drops, growls, or loses control in her presence)
2. Veil Trial (Sanctified Ascension):
A ritual guided by priestesses, where the female enters an ancient bonding circle and must calm 3-5 feral males without bonding
If she succeeds, she’s ranked up by the Divine Order
3. Divine Recognition (Rare):
Goddess Virena herself appears to mark a female during Mooncall or dreamwalking
Immediate elevation to Noctira or Myrren depending on aura strength
4. Sacrificial Bonding:
If a female bonds to a dangerously high-ranked male (like Diremark or Wyrmshard) and successfully anchors him, she is automatically ascended
If she fails? She burns. Or dies. Or worse.
MALE ASCENSION-The Bloodbound Path
Male ranks are earned through pain, power, and restraint. Strength alone isn’t enough, they must prove they can master their beast, not be ruled by it.
“It’s not the ones who bleed the most. It’s the ones who stay standing when the beast wants to rip everything apart.”
Male Rank Ups (Summary):
1. The Trial of Chains (Combat Ascension)
A blood duel against a beast of their own kind one rank above
Done chained...the male must defeat his opponent without fully shifting
Survive and win = ascend one tier
Fail = scarred, cast down, or marked unstable
2. The Feral Restraint Trial (Discipline Ascension)
Held during a Mooncall
The male must endure direct contact with an eligible female without snapping, shifting, or scent marking
Usually lasts an hour. Most fail in ten minutes.
Ascend on success. Failures may be barred from bond applications for one year.
3. Sacred Claim Defense (Protection Ascension)
If a male voluntarily defends a female during a bond challenge or Mooncall surge...and protects her without forcing a claim...he is seen as honorable and stable, eligible to rank up
Requires witness by council, priestess, or bonded elite
4. Rite of Bone (Last Resort Ascension)
A secret, forbidden ritual involving drinking the blood of a feral, surviving its venom, and still keeping one’s mind
Only done by males desperate to ascend to Diremark or Wyrmshard
Most die.
Those who don’t are never the same
RULES & CONSEQUENCES
Forced Ascension is forbidden. Males or females faking dominance, rigging trials, or violating bond ethics will be cast out and marked
Rank imbalance bonding without proper clearance is
deadly or damning (think: burnout, rage breaks, death spirals, etc.)
Fated Bonds override all...and can cause instant ascension or descension, depending on how the bond is handled
COMBAT + CLAIMING CHALLENGES (Quick Guide)
Females challenge males to submission (usually during Mooncalls)
Males challenge each other in open arena duels or territorial trials
Public victories = automatic recognition
Private ones must be recorded by Veil Priestesses or Claiming Witnesses
