Chapter 6.
Ian's pov
I slowly woke up from the darkness that have engulfed me, and when I opened my eyes I saw I were in some kind of hospital room and the room had a few of the guys I remembered come into our cell yesterday before I blacked out.
I look at them carefully, then my eyes land on a man that look so much like me and my sister. They notice I have woken up and then the guy looking like me and my sister walk up to my bed first then a guy in a doctor coat walked up next to him.
"Good evening Ian, how are you feeling?" The doctor ask me carefully. I raise a eyebrow at him. "Ian?" I simply ask, why would he call me that, as long as me and my sister we don't really have a name, our gang who took us in gave us one but not that name.
"Yes, your name is Ian and your twin sisters name is Elina, you have been missing since you were 4 years old. We did a dna taste of you both and it show you two are Elina and Ian." the doctor explained carefully.
I gave a small nod before I remembered my sister got taken by these people, I looked at the guy that lifted my sister up in his arms, "where is my sister?" I asked the guy and he walked up to the foot of my bed.
"She is laying right over there still sleeping?" he said giving me a gentle smile, I quickly sat up in bed about to get out of bed but the guy that look so similar to me and my sisters gently stopped me.
"Please Ian, please lay back down, Elina is safe she is just sleeping, you have a lot of injuries yourself and need to take it easy!" he said and I looked at him shocked I feel he even sounds like me.
"Who are you? And why do you sound and look so similar to me and my sister?" I asked in shock still frozen in the motion on getting out of bed. "please lay down and I will explain everything!" he said and I gave him a little nod and layed back down in bed then looked up at him.
"I'm your oldest big brother, you and Elina is our youngest siblings, Sam here is also considered our brother since we have all known each other since we were young he, Alejandro and Santiago even changed your diapers when you were little!" he said with a smirk and pointed at each person when he said their name.
I felt myself blush hard with the diaper comment and they all chuckled a little at that. Before my big brother cleared his throat again, then looked between me and Elina.
"My name is Dante Greco and you is Ian Greco and our sister is Elina Greco, we had actually been here in Mexico visit these guys because Alejandro had birthday, and when we were on our way to the airport to travel back home to Los Angeles the car with you and your twin sister, our brother Riacardo, mom and Sam's dad got attacked. Your car ended up in a river, but only Ricardo and mom made it to shore" Dante explained.
"Sam's dad had been shot and when we checked the car wrack after the incident we couldn't see you two in the car so we have always had a hope that you two were alive since we couldn't find your body, and we have been looking for you two ever since." Dante explained and I nodded again but before I got to say or ask anything I could feel Elina wake up.
Man it's so weird call her by a actual name, but I guess she will feel the same way. "My sis.... Elina is waking up" I corrected myself and they all looked at me in shock then looked over at Elina and saw she is slowly waking up.
"Please can I go over to her or she will be scared if she don't see me when she open her eyes" I said almost pleading to them and Dante nodded help me up from bed and made sure the IV were safe in my arm.
I got over to Elina and held her hand and caressing her cheek. Then she opened her eyes. And her eyes first landed on me and a small smile spread on her face. "Hermano" she said weakly then she hugged me.

Then she looked around the room and saw everyone here and they all had a smile on their face, I looked at them all and then back and Elina.
"Hermano, ¿quiénes son todos estos? ¿Y qué quieren de nosotros?" she asked with a shaky voice and I could feel how she started to shiver. The last year have truly broken my sister, I know she will get back to the badass she were before but it will be a while till we can get there!

I looked her in my eyes and put a hand back on her cheek and we kept the conversation silently between us.
"They saved us from the death skull, and it's actually shown that one of these guys are our blood brothers as well as all of these people look at us as sibling, they are here to keep us safe and take us back home to where we come from"
"Brother do you think they will hurt us? I can't go back to live the hell we have for the past year! I just want to go back home to Seb, Bella and David"
"Sis I'm sure we will see them again, but right now I think we need to trust these guys and if you look at one of them you see we look almost like him so I don't think they are lying about it. They have also explained how we ended up in the water where 'they' found us when we were four years old. And one of these guys lost their father that day"
"How did we end up in the river?"
"Well we had been here were we are right now to celebrate the birthday to one of them and on our way to the airport our car got attack, one of our brothers and mom was in the car but they got out of it and to the shore and when they checked the car wrack we were not there only the guys father found dead and shot"
"I understand, so do you trust them and their story?"
"I do, and it explain how we ended up in the river, I think they want to keep us safe, and they told us our name is Elina and Ian"
I looked at my sister and she look deep in though then she gave me a nod and we turned around to look at the others.
