The Ritual
Before walking back to the house, I sent Momma Steph a text, letting her know that I've made it and my progress is going great not wanting to go too much detail as in. I didn't want to hurt her. Back at the house I couldn't wait to eat I was starving. Stark next to me still thinking of what he said about him and I was confusing were we friends or enemies or something more. Entering the house my mom rushes to me and hugs me, "so you know what your are your my Filia it runs in you genetically. We have a lot to help you learn since you have resisted your rightful nature to turn but I'm so proud that you didn't run when you found out."
"How did you know he told me?" I rushed out."We all have a telepathic connection and can talk to whoever in our pack through our minds. He asked permission we said yes." I couldn't help smiling Ughhhh of course this is my life but you know what I love it. It's a big part of me and I want to know everything about myself. "Dinner smells amazing is everything done," I asked. Slade walks over and was like, "yes it's the whole pick meeting in the pack house for dinner tonight is all about welcoming you home and being able to move forward with our families here in the pack. I hope that's not going to be to much for you if so just let us know."
"No it's not everything is just perfect I want to be there." We all walk to the house together and enter the smells hit my nose and make my mouth water and my belly growl. Everyone was talking laughing and having a good time while waiting for the food to be finished. We walk to our spots at the table and everyone quiets down as Slade speaks up. "Thank you everyone for showing up I know that this was last minute and everyone probably had other plans but today is a special occasion we get to welcome our beautiful Filia home!! It's been way to long and she's finally found us so I just want to welcome her home everyone enjoy the feast." After eating mother comes over and asks, "Are you ready to start your memory ritual it won't all come back today but we will do this and take time as long as the time that you need my love." I smile at her, "Yes I'm ready. It's not going to hurt me is it?" She frowns at me ,"Oh no hunny not at all it might a little but that's normal when it come to do with anything with memories. But we will be here with you through it all." So we make our way to the center of the land where the ere are gaint stones 4 to be exact we step through the stones she had me sit crossed legged in the middle as her and Slade put down the candles one for each element. Earth is the first candle that they lit, "I summon Earth to this circle let us feel the power of our ancestors through thy earth." They continue on to light all the candle's. "Air I summon you to this circle protect Sapphire from any unwanted spirits. Fire I summon you to this circle show us the light to her memories that have been hidden from her. Water our finale element I summon you to this circle wash over any uncertainty and fears from Saphhire and let's open the waves to your memories!!" As I sit there relaxed my eyes closed I can feel the energy moving through me and I lay my head back and open myself up. Flashes start happening and I let them in I open my arms and focus of the image in front of m. A little girl running around the yard with a little boy handles twined together and there friendship was warm a bond you couldn't break. Both had a silver streak in there hair. Then flashes again and the little girl shifts and sees something as I follow where she was looking there was a person running at the little girl so fast that I couldn't quite see there face multiple people were falling the big adults running screaming then alls i couldn't quite see here before everything goes black to the world is Beatrix screaming Sapphire RUNNNNN baby RUNNNN them im ripped from the memory gasping. They close the circle and rush to me, "Oh baby girl you did good ik it wasn't easy but that's only the beginning you saw the end of your memories when we finish at the end you will have all your memories I'm sorry that was probably very scary to see. Are you ok?" She asks. "I'm ok I just didn't expect it to feel so real but it did I was so scared that little girl.... that was me wasn't it. I couldn't help her I couldn't run," I cried out in her arms. She holds me and I let her I cried someone took me no not just took they kidnapped me from them they loved me this was so much to put all this together i didnt even think that was what happened I thought they couldn't take care of me but no my parents loved me they tried so hard to save me but they couldn't. My body was so exhausted my mom and dad walk me to my room and I fall asleep shortly after I hit the bed i didn't expect to feel so safe but I am.
