CHAPTER 6

VIVIAN'S POV

Someone poured freezing cold water over me. I heaved and later screamed in outright displeasure.

"Wake up, sleepyhead" I heard Elena's voice "What the hell was that?," Creed taunted.

I looked up at Elena, who looked somewhat frightened.

"I'm going to kill you if you're not gone in the next five seconds," I growled. Elena squeaked in panic and ran off.

Creed laughed and helped me to get up.

"I don't have the foggiest idea why you're laughing, clown!" I snapped.

"Sorry baby girl," Creed muttered and kissed my forehead. I stood up and left him. I advanced to my room in order to prepare for school.

Once I was ready, I went downstairs and into the dining area where my brother had arranged breakfast. I sat close to Creed and in a split second we were sitting with our arms across each other.

"I never got to say good morning to you angel," He hissed and later whispered in my ear. "Good Morning."

A light blush covered my cheeks. My wolf was going off the deep end of me.

Creed chuckled and put some food on two plates before proceeding to set one before me and himself.

"I love grilled sandwiches," I acknowledged.

I could feel Creed's look all over. However, I would not look back at him. I realized he would divert my attention. All I wanted was to concentrate on my breakfast.

"I think we still have 20 minutes left. We have to be there on time," Creed muttered as I completed my last piece of food. I gasped and shut my eyes.

"I don't enjoy going to school. It sucks," I murmured.

"Well, you'll soon get used to it," he told me as his eyebrows shot up in bewilderment, there was a twist in his mouth that nearly resembled an astonished droop. I chuckled and shrugged.

"I always hated school. It's not my thing," I told him.

"Well, you have me now," He sneered, and I blushed and started smiling. How come he always made me feel jazzed up, even at my lowest point?

I didn't look so good, so I had to put on a little makeup. I rinsed my face with water. Next, I grabbed a mini towel and wiped the water from my face, and stared into the depths of the mirror. I applied some lip gloss and eyeliner and started again at my reflection in the mirror.

A few minutes later we pulled up to school in Creed's vehicle, he had no entertaining music so I didn't enjoy the ride. It was one long boring ride, Creed's car was slow as hell, I don't know why he can't purchase a much better vehicle.

As we arrived, I alighted from the car and strolled towards the picnic area where Creed later joined me. Everyone stared at us as if we're coming from a different planet.

Young ladies scowled at me as Creed and, and I strolled into the school. His arm was hung over my shoulders and I folded my arm around his waist.

"I can't stand this dude staring lustfully at you," Creed snarled. I blushed as a couple of young ladies who were staring at Creed were shocked as they heard Creed call me his mate. Creed, as though he knew how I was feeling, lowered his head to give me a peck on my left cheek.

"Don't feel ashamed to be my mate, Viv," He told me and took me to my locker. "So, what are we doing after school?" I asked cordially.

"Well, not much. I don't have a particular schedule for today, since my main priority is to protect you " He smiled and kissed my forehead.

I exited the locker room and took what I wanted for the rest of the day. I walked side by side with Creed as he had his arms around me. He was a real hunk, and I loved his fragrance. He smelled great. He was everything I could ask for…………

"Alpha, there have been sightings of some rogues who were frequenting the border of our territory," a boy said as he ran into us in the hallway. Creed was furious. His whole countenance changed.

He was ready for battle and ready to shift, yet then again,it was crystal clear that he didn't want to leave me behind.

"Go ahead Creed" motivated him.

"I'll be back soon," He told me and kissed my lips before he ran off. I was a little embarrassed as people stared at me. A few moments later, Elena ushered herself into the picnic area, looking overly excited. I scowled at her.

"What's going on, cupcake?" She asked me.

"I never knew you're such a horrible person," I said "How?"

"You poured freezing cold water over me while I was sleeping," I told her.

"Oh, my sweetheart, Vivian. I really want to believe that you'll accept my humblest conciliatory sentiments. I'm really sorry" She begged and was about to kneel down before me. I really wanted to laugh but I controlled myself.

"Seat your ass down, no one said you should get on your knees, numbskull" I grinned, it seems I was really getting on her nerves and she actually deserved it, you don't mess around with me and get away with it.

Elena shrugged and stood up, taking her seat. I arched my eyebrows, shaking my head. Once in a while I worry over Elena and it's been a while now since I first met her.

By noon, Creed did not return. I was worried, yet I realized Creed could handle it by himself. I was strolling to the canteen for lunch, and suddenly I was pushed against the wall.

I realized it was Creed as goosebumps spread over my body. I gazed at him and smiled. "Are the villains gone?" I inquired.

"They needed authorization to pass through our territory in order to get to the other side of the precipice. I granted them access, and my beta and I accompanied them," He told me as he brought his face closer to mine. I bit my lower lip as my wolf beseeched me to kiss him. Creed's eyes glinted from my lips to my eyes.

"Don't," He murmured and used his thumb to set my lip free from between my teeth. I felt shy, and he gave me a smug look.

"Sweet pie," He muttered and closed his eyes. I was drowning in ecstasy. Once again, he brought his face closer to mine. I could smell the chocolate cake still fresh on his breath. I shut my eyes and breathed in deeply.

"I want to kiss you," He whispered, his breath fanning against my face. I bobbled, with my eyes still closed. Creed became silent, so I opened my eyes only to see him looking sheepishly at me.

"No doubt about it," he chimed and delicately pecked my lips. Creed let out a full breath prior to squeezing his lips solidly against mine. At first I could not kiss back. I was in shock. I never knew kissing somebody could feel better.

When I finally got myself in order, I folded my arms around Creed's neck and kissed him back. Our lips synchronized as we kissed each other passionately. I was hot as hell. My whole body was shivering. I could tell Creed felt the same way.

My wolf was yelling with euphoria within me. Creed's tongue swiped over my lower lip, requesting entry. At that moment, as I was going to grant him access, Elena walked in on us.

"You all have a considerable number of spectators," she remarked. A dark red blush covered my cheeks as I glanced around and truth be told, I saw a considerable number of the school populace glaring at us.

"For what reason are they watching us?" I asked, wishing the earth would just swallow me up.

"They're just astonished to see that the Alpha has found his potential mate," Creed replied, staring directly into my eyes. I felt mortified and hazier.

Was that even conceivable? Maybe It should be since I was 'caught with egg on my face'.

"Alright folks, split it up. Alpha Creed merits some seclusiveness with his Luna," Elena announced. Out of nowhere, I heard them humming in hushed tones. I howled and looked downwards………

"You know, Vivian, I assume I had gone too far. I actually would not have done that." Elena admitted before she connected arms with an exceptionally tranquil Tyler.

I hadn't even seen him until she hauled him away. I sighed and yelped.

"Could we at any point miss the rest of school? I can't tolerate being stared at. I just can't stand it.," I moped at Creed. Creed gave a mischievous smile.

"I can't get my most memorable kiss with you out of my head," He said, absolutely ignoring my hint. I pouted my lips and shook my head.

"Creed, can we just leave this place? ," I shrieked.

"To be honest, I never had anyone kiss me that way before, Vivian," he told me. The manner in which he said my name made shudders run down my spine.

"That's the sweetest kiss I've ever got, Viv," He groaned and pecked my lips. I cringed once more and made a soft moan.

"Creed they're looking at…..!" I shouted.

"Let them. You're my mate and I'm so happy, so blissful that I found you," He said and smiled. "I'm so happy you acknowledged me," He growled once more.

"I could never turn down my mate Creed," I told him

"And I am so grateful for that," He mumbled, landing a kiss on my lips. I felt my lips being crushed and a hot, passionate kiss spread over my glossy lips. I shivered a little.

"Can we kindly leave this place, Creed? I really don't like the attention," I murmured. Creed grinned and nodded his head in approval.

"Where would you like to go, Luna?" He asked me. I blushed, not used to being called Luna.

"Anywhere, I don't have a specific place in mind," I snapped. Creed smiled and took me by the hand before driving me out of the school premises..............

"Wait, what exactly are we doing here? Of all places you took me to a bar?! I always knew you were a bad guy. I don't even fancy this place at all," I shouted, partially disconcerted.

"Don't be in a rush to judge sweetie," He mumbled and pushed my hair back behind my ear.

"This isn't as perilous as it looks. No doubt it's somewhat shabby except because we can patch it up. We can restore it once more and make this spot flourish," He told me.

He had a radiance of fervor in his eyes, while I looked at him, bemused.

"How could we fix this up?" I asked, totally clueless cus I did not know what he was trying to do. Creed remained silent and pulled me nearer to the bar.

"Answer my inquiry!" I snapped and frowned at him. Creed laughed and forced me into the bar. It was absolutely barren to the core. The spot, in a real sense, was devoid of any being. It had nobody in it.

Not even furnishings.

"Viv, this will be our business. At the point when my father kicked the bucket, I was barely fifteen, and they hastily drafted me into making a living for myself. Simultaneously, I was searching for my mate. I thought I'd never find anyone until I met you , I'm so happy I did." he grinned and pecked my lips.

I cringed a bit, and he smiled.

"At any rate, when my father died, he left me a considerable amount of cash, and so did my grandparents who had passed on before him."

"Now that I am in my early 20's, I'm qualified for that cash, so I purchased this spot. This spot used to be booming with a lot of clients coming from Carson city. It was an incredible bar and my dad used to take my mom and the entire family here before he passed on "

"Over there was a restaurant for local dishes we used to eat in that spot on Saturdays. The owner died and nobody took over from him up to this moment," Creed disclosed and gave me a timid grin.

"You purchased a bar? Do you even have the skill to run one?" I asked as I strolled around the open space.

"It doesn't need to be a bar. We could change over it into anything we needed. A shop, a bar, a cafe, even a bookshop. Anything that's going to bring in money, what do you think?" Creed said.

I gazed at him, feeling confused and happy all at the same time.

"You're asking for my suggestion? You purchased this spot, Creed. I think you should know better," I said.

"I got it for us. I believe you should determine how we're going to manage it," he told me. I turned my back on him and paced back and forth around the room.

Creed folded his arms around my midriff, embracing me from behind. "What will we do Luna?" He asked me.

"We're going to reestablish it. Not transform it. We're going to make it look exactly like the way it was when you were a kid and we're also going to eat here on weekends like you used to. I think we should create more recollections here."

"Like seriously?"

"Yes, we gotta make it our own extraordinary spot," I told him. Creed abruptly twirled me around and crushed his lips against mine. At the point when we disengaged, we were both breathing heavily.

"I'm not the bad guy you always thought of, but not great either. I'm just excited that the moon goddess picked you to mate with me. I can hardly hold on to spend the rest of my life with you," He told me and kissed my lips once more. I smiled and returned the kiss.

"Let's get something to eat and maybe much later we can arrange what we're going to do with this place," He told me.

I nodded in agreement and pecked at his lips. He grinned like a Cheshire cat and we laced our hands as Creed pulled me from the bar that we presently own and into his vehicle before driving off to a cafe in downtown Seattle.
