I think I took it to far with Lucy, yes, her name offended me but just because it wasn’t her real name but we couldn’t possibly drop that bomb yet, after I saw she get’s panic attacks I need to tell the others that we will have to threat lightly or have Ativan’s on hand when we speak to her. At the moment she was crying her eyes out because I was pushing her to hard, I wanted to go to her and held her but I was the one that caused it so I pushed Nico to go to her. He pulled her into his arms and said “Shhhh it’s okay I’ve got you.” He just held her for a few minutes when she stopped crying. “Thank you” she said to him as she got off his lap. “You didn’t have to get off.” Nico said. I would have probable said the same if she was sitting on my lap. Frank went to the kitchen to get her a plate of pasta. “Lucy come sit here and eat something.” “Thank you, Frank.” She wiped her tears and moved to the table. I walked to the fridge and got her a soda. When I put it down in front of her, she didn’t look up she just said “Thanks” I’ll take it. While Lucy was in the kitchen inhaling her food I told Frank, Nico and John to follow me. “What’s going on?” Nico asked. “She get’s panic attacks we need to take it very slow with her.” “Fuck” Frank said. “Yes, you could say that again. How are we going to get her to trust us to stay here?” Nico ask. “We can’t tell her the truth.” John said. “No, we can’t but we need a reason for her to stay here. I’m not in favor of handcuffing her to the bed to make sure she doesn’t leave.” Nico said. “I agree with you but she has a lot of spark in her she will try and run I can assure you of that.” “Maybe we should each give some of our men to keep an eye on the property where she is staying at? Just until she has made peace with the fact that she will be staying with us.” Frank said. “That will give the Marchetti’s an easy target Frank, if they think we have her they will look for the most security and know she is there.” I told him. “Yes, Yes I know.” Frank said, “That’s why I said until she’d made peace with staying with us.” “But that can take a while.” Nico said.
We heard a huge commotion and then we heard Lucy scream “Leave me alone, fucking leave me alone.” We all ran to the front door where one of Franks men had Lucy over his shoulder holding her while she was banging him on the back. Nico walked closer “She tried to run boss.” Nico’s men said “I told you so.” “Fuck” All the others said. Nico asked his men to put her down. When Lucy was standing on her own two feet, she actually kicked Nico’s men. Nico had to grab her around her body and pull her away from his men. He held onto her until she calmed down. “Are you done?” Nico asked her. “For now.” He let go of her and made her look at him. “Remember when I told you everyone in life has a choice?” Nico asked her. “Yes.” “Well, this is your choice now, you can make this easy on all of us and make peace with the fact that you are staying with us from this point onwards or you can fight us and I promise you that won’t be good for you.” “What do you mean it won’t be good for me?” “Well, we can handcuff you to the bed or have a man at your room door or even go with you when you go to the bathroom.” Frank told her. “You won’t do that?” She said with big eyes. “Oh, believe me we will so make your discission Lucy and make it wisely.” “I want to go home.” “That was not part of your choices.” She was quiet she turned her body and looked at us. Looked at each of our faces and all our faces said the same. We will handcuff you to the bed. “Fine I’ll make peace with the fact that I’ll have to stay here.” “Is it that easy?” Frank asked “Yes.” She said but I could see in her eyes she was still in-flight mode. “Let’s go eat.” I told everyone. It wasn’t my house but tonight I will be sleeping next to her on the chair to make sure she was not going anywhere. “I just ate.” “Well, you can have some more.” Nico said. We all walked to the dinning room, I was walking at the back just to make sure Lucy walked to the dining room and didn’t give us the slip again.
We all sat around the table with Bella dishing up for us, we each had our own cooks. We actually had a schedule of when we eat where luckily tonight it was Nico’s turn. When she got to Lucy, Lucy said “No Thank you.” Bella wanted to move away but I called her back “Bella dish her more please.” Lucy gave me a look one of pure disgust, oh dear you have no idea what we have in store for you. I thought. As we ate, I didn’t give much attention to Lucy or that was what I wanted her to think I was however looking at her from the side of my eye. I was very happy to see she was still eating. I knew she would but was to shy to ask for more. When we were all done Frank, John, Nico and I got up from the table which had Lucy also getting up. “Okay guys I’ll take tonight.” “Are you sure.” Frank asked “Yes.” “It is my house.” Nico said. “Well Nico I know it’s your house but you had that thing early this morning so you must be tired I’ll stay up.” “You right I am.” “What are you guys talking about.” Frank took her face in his and said very calmly “We are deciding who is staying with you tonight.”
