Chapter 20- Changes
"Goodmorning." I greeted Faith's maid and anyone in their house.
"You're early huh?" I saw Trixie coming downstairs approaching me.
"Uh yes, I can't go to school." I sadly said while pouting at her.
"Oh yeah, I see." She walked toward me and whispered something.
"But Faith seems to bit pissed off last night. I tried to talk with her but she slam the door in my face."
I nodded at her when I saw Faith, with a serious face and she turn her face to me. I thought that she will approach and hug me but she ignores me and continued to walk in at their dinner table. So I just followed her with Trixie beside me.
"Goodmorning Faith, did you receive the message I sent you?" I excitedly said with a hug her. I always do that but this time she pushed me away so I fell and hurt my ankle a little bit I didn't care about the hurt and asked her why did she do that.
"Are you mad at me? Or did I do something bad?" I sincerely asked but I didn't receive a reply from her.
"Uh? Are you alright?" I held her hands but she shake her hands so my hands can get off hers. Trixie pulled me away from Faith and asks me if I can talk to her, so I nodded and we got to their garden.
"Why does she act like that?" I confront her.
"I didn't know either." She seems to think why does her sister act that way.
"Okay, so where are you going btw?" He asks me before I could go back into the kitchen.
"Umh I was thinking that maybe Faith and I can go to the arcade or to my house. There's no one I could hang out with " I pouted when I say that line.
"Oh where are your two boys, you're hanging out with. They like you didn't they? So why are you here trying to hang with us." And without a glance Faith walk through us and bumped me without looking back after what she just said.
"That's so mean." I angrily said.
"Trixie we're going to be late." She shouts and commanded Trixie to go inside the car without taking a glance at me.
"Sorry, I'll figure this out alright." Trixie apologizes again to her sister. I didn't know either what was wrong with her. I said goodbye to the maids and ride on my motor. I spend the night alone in our house. I don't want to see the two, they're just gonna argue each time they see each other.
"GOODMORNING LIFE." I woke up from the sunshine hitting my face.
"Goodmorning dear Isabella." Nanny said to me and she's pulling aside the window curtains.
"I didn't know that you were here. I only got here." She explained.
"What time is it nanny?" I ask him while I'm fixing my bed. I didn't let her do that even if she's a maid. I can still do the things I have to do in life.
"Oh, it's already 6:10 in the morning get downstairs for breakfast. You have school right?" She replies and asks.
"I only have a few minutes," I whispered to myself and started to run towards my bathroom. I only do a quick shower and put up my clothes.
"Alright, I'm done." I put a big smile on my face and get downstairs.
"I'm leaving," I said goodbye to the nanny and she gives me a sandwich with a Nutella inside.
"That's your favorite." She smiles at me and tapped me.
"Your parents will be back in a few weeks or a day. Keep in touch." She said while smiling.
"Be safe, I'm gonna be back there if I had time. " I waved my hands and go outside where my motor is.
"You're back." The kid welcomes me when I got back into the kingdom. I skipped the morning class, I just wanted a hug from my parents. I need someone.
"Kendrick?" When I saw Kendrick sitting there with a lot of kids.
"Princess?" He was shocked when he saw me.
"Why are you here?" He asks.
"Isabella?" My parents gasped when they saw me, I ran to them and hug them tightly as I could be. I cry as long as I want.
"Who hurt you?" They hugged me too and asks me that question.
"No one," I replied.
"So why are you crying." They pulled me away and face me. They can see me crying. All of them can. I can't speak, I was too stunned and crying the whole time.
"Let me get you home," Kendrick said while comforting me, I nodded.
"Come with me," I command and gave him a big smile but fake on my face.
"Let's wait for her." I stop him when he's nearly walking inside the school. The guard might see us and maybe mistake me as a cutting classes student because I was wearing a uniform, and to my surprise, it went real.
"What are you doing here during class hours. " The guard furiously said.
"Run!" I yelled at Kendrick and hold his hands. His hands are soft as a pillow. I saw him looking at our hands holding each other.
"Why? Just run!" I look at the back and didn't know that there was a rock in my way and I stepped on it so my feet bend and cause me to fall down with Kendrick on my top.
"I-I like you, m-my princess." He utterly said. Wait what did I just hear. He smacks a kiss from me. I was too stunned to speak but we need to run.
"Come with me, fast." He grabbed me even if I can't walk properly.
"Are you alright?" He asks me and stops for a while.
"My foot hurts," I stated, He put my arms on his shoulders and carried me to the nearest bench we saw.
"Rest for a minute." He checked my foot and he massage it for a while.
"It's fine, now," I told him and he nodded, we waited for the class break. So I can talk to Faith.
-A few hours later-
"Faith!" I yelled at her when I saw her. Lucas was beside him and they were happy? Lucas looks at me with a questioning look about Kendrick by my side holding my hands.
"Faith, talk to me please?" I ran to her and beg her.
"Meet me at the coffee shop. I'm gonna go shopping first." She said and left me. I didn't even know what time or if she truly coming. But I want to talk to her so I turned back to Kendrick which is now in front of me.
"Do want me to come?" The two both said at the time.
"It's a girl's talk you can't understand." I left them with tension. I walk and walk until I reached the coffee shop Faith was telling me about. I ordered one cappuccino and a donut for a minute because I was starving. I eat it until I was full and started waiting. I check the time and it was already 5:39 pm and the coffee shop was only 8:00 pm, so I chatted with her.
Isabella's Message
; Hey are you coming?
; I think someone was watching me from afar. Please be quick.
After I sent that message I turned off my phone and waited for a message from her and I received it within a minute.
Faith's message
; Just give me a few seconds, I'll be right there.
After I read them, I replied with a smiley face. I'm gonna make things clear from her and ask why she's being like that since I texted him the other night. Hours, minutes had passed she still didn't come.
Isabella's Message
; Hey the store is already closing, are you really coming?
I chatted with her and the waiter come toward me.
"Are you alright miss? It's already 7:59 and we're closing, are you waiting for someone?" He announced to me.
"Uh, it's alright," I replied. I call Faith many times but she didn't answer.
"Uh, where are you, Faith?" I was holding back my tears, as I was walking. She can't do this to me, I'm her buddy. And she will meet me right now. My tears are flowing down to my cheeks and they won't stop. And suddenly the rain starts to pour and I ran out of the fact that I was easy to get sick. And what hurts me the most is that she didn't meet me.
"Why are you wetting yourself here." A man said behind me. I didn't have the braveness to turn back around and see who he was. I walk faster and could hear his boots following me. I walk and walk away from him but he was just following where I go and I reached the end. There were no people around us and I couldn't ask for help.
"What do you want?" I finally spoke and turn back to him.
"You, Miss. Are you lost I could take you home?" He said with a creepy grin on his face. The man was so creepy that I couldn't dare to see him. He walked toward me and I stepped backward.
"Just come with me, miss. I'll take you home." He repeated.
"Don't you ever come near me?" I'm nearly freaking out. I can't see a weapon to throw or hurt him. So he grabbed me in my arms. I felt weird something on my head. I want to punch him so much in his face. And my Hands start to put in the air and punch the man harassing me.
"I said, no one messes with me!" I proudly said while can't believe what I've done.
"She said, don't mess her up. So you deserve that." A familiar voice was been heard.
"Yeah, don't mess with the princess." And another familiar voice...
