CHAPTER FOUR

KILLIAN'S POV

“Close the curtains! Mom!” I groan, hiding my face in the pillows, when harsh sunlight casts on my face.

“It's morning, little prince! Wake up.” Emily King, my mother says and takes away the pillows from me.

“Mom! I told you, don't call me that anymore!” I groan, sitting and looking at her. She sat beside me and ran her hand through my hair.

“It's what I have been calling you since your birth! And I'm going to keep calling you that, accept it or not.” Mom said, ruffles my hair.

“Now get up and freshen up, don't you have college!” She shakes her head. “Why don't you focus on your studies? Always slacking off.” Mom added.

“I don't have any interest in business, mom! You know that.” I say, standing up and stretching my hands. “I want to live freely!” I added.

“Then you have to earn money for that! When will you stop using dad's money?” Elena King, my younger sister, taunts me.

“Shut up! Ele, and stop meddling between mom and I.” I growled, rolling my eyes on her. But it didn't digest her and she launched at me, messing my hair and fighting me.

“How dare you roll your eyes on me! You monkey.” I tried to push her, but carefully as I don't want to hurt her.

“Is this your respect towards your elder brother!? Don't forget I'm three years older than you!” I said, messing up her perfectly styled hair too.

“Stop both of you! What are you both doing? You're not kids anymore!” Mom tried to separate us but we were both clenching each other's hair.

“Tell her to leave my hair first!" I growled.

“Tell him to leave my hair first!" Elena growls, glaring at me. “He ruins my perfect hair! It took me an hour to style it and now I have to do it again!” She complained.

“And what about me? You didn't fight me?" I asked, pulling her hair.

“What!? You just woke up with your messy hair, and I was already ready to leave for my classes!!" Elena screams in my ears.

“Killian! Elena!” Dad's voice came and we straightened our limbs but didn't stop pulling hairs.

“Killian leaves her hair, now!" Nicholas King, our dad says, glaring at me.

“Daughter obsessed father!" I muttered, leaving my annoying sister's hair. “Always taking her daughter's side, and scolding his son.” I added.

“Yeah, I am. So what? My daughter is more important than you!” Dad scoff, hugging his dear daughter.

“Don't you love me? Dad!” I asked, my eyes widened and eyebrows frowned as I looked at him.

“I do love you but not more than my daughter.” He says, kissing Elena's head.

Mom let out a soft laugh and pats my head. “Don't worry, I love you.” She says, with a gentle smile.

“I love you too mom! Can you please make my favorite breakfast today!?" I requested her, and she smiled, nodding her head.

‘‘Okay, now go and freshen then come for breakfast.” Mom says and everyone leaves my room, but Elena shows me her tongue in teasing then runs off.

I quickly went to wash off and wore a black pants, brown sweatshirt, paired up with black jacket and shoes. Then I walk downstairs and have breakfast with my family.

After breakfast I took my bike and raced towards the university. I seriously don't feel like attending classes so I parked the bike at my spot (I don't want that Ma féroce tigresse to damage my vehicle again.)

As I was about to sneak away, a hand grips my shoulder from behind. “Where are you planning to go? My dear student.” Professor's voice came.

“Hahaha…professor! Where will I go? To my class!" I said, nervously looking at him.

“I know all your tricks! Now come with me!” He says, and starts dragging me towards the principal's office.

“Professor, don't you know who my father is!? You can't drag me like this!” I growls, trying to free myself.

“I know who your father is, and he has given us permission for this!” Professor said and I looked at him with widened eyes.

I was dragged to the principal's office, where I met with my other friends. Isabella Wright, Julian Davis, and Levi Martin!! They all looked at me with a sly smirk.

“Come! Come! I was waiting for you.” Principal says in a sarcastic tone, glaring at us. I gulped, noticing his solemn mood, and knew that it's going to be bad news.

“This is your results from all the last three years of all exams, come on take a look!” He snarls, giving my friends and I the report cards.

Thirty percent out of hundred. Oh god! That's terrifying.

Thirty four percent out of hundred. Oh it's good! I got four more percentages than before.

Twenty nine percent out of hundred. Ouch! Such a terrible mark. I can see my other marks attempting to suicide.

I glanced at my friends' marks and they're also not good in their marks, but still I didn't leave the chance to show off my 34% of mark.

“Looking at your marks, I would have already kicked you out of this university but just because of your father you're still studying here!!” Principal shouted at us, looking into our eyes.

“So I'm taking a big step and I have already talked about this with your parents. You all will be transferred to Class A.” He says and I don't get a good feeling from him.

“Class A, where all the intelligent students are present, so they and other teachers can help you in your studies for the next exam. As the good influence really matters.” The Principal taunts us.

“Sir, you can't do this! You can't change our classes without discussing it with us.” Levi clearly shows his objection.

“Yeah, we don't agree with this!” Isabella also joined him.

“I don't need your permission! I already have your parents' permission.” The Principal says. “Professor, take them to their appointed class.” He said to the cruel professor.

“Sir, can we please not change our classes? I promise we will study hard from now on!” I said, with the most innocent look.

“No! Now go to your class." Professor dragged us towards our new class, on the new side of the college. He knocked on a door. “Can we come in, sir?” He asked before entering into the classroom and dragging us with him.

“Oh professor, you brought the new students.” I was just waiting for them. The new Professor says, looking at my friends and I. “The Principal told me about them, don't worry I will handle them well.”

“Then I'm leaving them in your capable hands, sir.” Our professor left after throwing us in hell.

“My dear students, meet your new classmates, Killian King, Levi Martin, Julian Davis and Isabella Wright.” The professor introduced us and my gaze met with green eyes. Cassandra Austin Kinsley.

The changes in my class are not too bad.
