Chapter 1
FIRST CHAPTER
Everything was fine and perfect in the morning, but an accident changed everything. It comes like a tornado in her life and destroys everything before it ends.
Cassandra Austin Kinsley stood in front of her parents' grave with no expression on her face. She didn't even shed a tear at her parents' funeral.
Killian Nicholas King, who was her rival in college, stands not so far away from her, looking at her with pitiful looks. While they do the funeral ceremony.
His eyes never left her petite figure in the crowd, always tracking her movement as she does the funeral activities.
When a small figure ran into the ceremony and hugged the coffins of her parents'. Adrian Austin Kinsley, cries while hugging his parents coffins.
“No! Don't take away my mum and dad!!" He cries hard, not listening to anyone or moving away. Cassandra finally steps towards him and carries her seven year old brother in her arms.
“No! Sister! Don't let them take away mum and dad!!” Adrian cries, hugging his sister tightly. Cassandra pats his back, looking at how her parents' coffins are put down in the grave and covered it.
“I'm here for you, Adrian." Cassandra whispered to her brother, her eyes glistening with tears but she didn't let them fall. Killian stares at her, how she is acting brave and mighty, but her hands are shivering in pain.

CASSANDRA'S POV
I woke up and yawned lazily, sitting on the bed and looking outside of the window at the beautiful day. I take my sweet time to get up and get ready for my university.
I wore a black denim, paired with a gray turtle-neck top and black vintage corduroy jacket. I wear black Gucci sneakers in footwear and pull my hair up in a cute ponytail.
When I walked out of my bedroom, downstairs towards the dining room and saw my mom and dad being lovey-dovey in the kitchen.
“Aw! So romantic.” I said, announcing my arrival to them. I took a seat and looked at them with a teasing smile.
“Oh! Good morning, princess~” Dad says with a smile, hugging mom from behind. Austin Kinsley and Rosie Kinsley, the top businessman and woman. My parents owns the fifty percent of the business in the UK. And the other half by King business.
“You're so shameless! Leave me, your daughter is here.” Mom scolds dad, in shyness and tries to push him away.
“No! No! Don't stop your romance, I have been used to it since my childhood. I'm the victim of public displays of affection.” I say, and bump my fist into dad's.
“You both dad and daughter are shameless!” Mom huff, and look at each other then laugh. “Enough with fun, let's do our breakfast and leave for our work.” Mom says, and serves us breakfast.
“How's your college going on? Princess.” Dad asked, pouring more juices in my glass.
“Just normal.” I say, shrugging my shoulders and enjoying my breakfast in peace because I know when I leave this house, my whole mood is going to spoil because of a certain someone.
“You should interact with more people, other than your friends! Ignoring them like germs will not always work.” Mom suggested it to me, and I nodded my head.
“Well, except my friends and I, all of them are just spoiled kids of their rich fathers! They only know how to show off and I'm not one of them." I explain to them.
“You're spoiled and rich too, my little baby~” Dad pinches my cheeks lightly, with a sweet smile on his lips.
“Yes I'm. But I don't act like them! There's a difference between them and I.” I say and playfully wink at dad, he lets out a soft chuckle.
We finished our breakfast, while talking and laughing about random things, dad and I teased mom and she glared at us. The atmosphere is lovely and good.
“Okay I'm leaving! Love you mom and dad.” I gave them a hug and they kissed my forehead. “We love you too!” They said with a smile.
I smile at them, walking towards my car and sitting inside it. The engine started with a roar and I drove out of my house, towards my university.
The cool breeze passing through the open windows in my car, and i enjoyed my ride until I reach to my university and pull up for my spot but—
I saw a black Porsche parked at my spot, the spot I have always parked my car! I got out of my Lamborghini in rage and stopped in front of the man, whom I despise most.
“Get the hell your car out of my spot, King!” I hissed, glaring at him. Killian King, son of Nicholas King, owner of fifty other percent of UK business.
His father and my father are partners in business, and Killian and I are enemies in college. I have hated him since I was ten.
“Absolutely fucking not!! From now on this is my spot.” Killian says in a lazy tone and leaned back on his car's bonnet.
“This has been my spot for years! Get away from here.” I said, controlling my anger and clenching my fists.
“But now it's mine! So go and park your car somewhere else.” The right side of his lips lifted up in mocking.
Fucking mocking me!
“Good, but now don't blame me that I didn't warn you before!” I snarl at him and go back to my car, starting the engine.
He looks at me with a confused expression as I slowly accelerate my car and move towards his car. Killian's eyes widened as he predicted my intention.
“Don't you dare to do that!! It's my favorite car.” He shouted at me but I just let out a scoff, a mocking smile and crashed his car sideways and moved his car away from my spot.
When I got enough space to park my car, on my spot i finally stopped and got out of my car and looked at him with a mocking smile. His car's left side is fully damaged but my car is alright!!
All the students are already gathered around the parking area, gossiping about us and his fangirls cursing me but who cares. My two best friends cheered for me from the crowd.
I walked near Killian and looked into his eyes (I have to lift my head high because of his stupid height). “Next time, don't provoke me." I whisper to him.
“Because next time I will not only move your car away, but you too! And it's not a warning but a suggestion. So take it.” I said, fixing his collar and looking into his eyes.
I brushed past him, bumping my shoulder in his firm one… I almost let out a whine as my shoulder hurts.
“You will pay for this, Cassandra Austin Kinsley!!” Killian shouted but I didn't turn back or answer him, but I could feel his intense gaze on my back.
I was just about to reach to my friends when a strong arm wrapped around my waist and pulled me back, crashing me against a hard wall.
