amazing book, the ending is really sad doh so prepare to cry

second day as I am totally heartbroken after this book. how could you finish it like this? they are so in love with each other, and you had so many chances to finish it with happy end. and who is relieved and his “wife”- his mother, what his medication is about, how powerful lone wolf can’t deal with his enemies in 6 years, how can he quit from his daughter Ivy life, i really need alternative ending to feel peace after this book. he promised her to not leave her, he must come back when they met
