I’m at chapter 60 and I’m sorry but I hate Cass and Asa too. I was hoping she be stronger by now or that they’d both show some character development but he repeatedly lies to her and she’s just as much of a doormat as she’s been since chapter 1! she’s too forgiving and lets things go before even demanding reasonable expectations for his shitty behavior. honestly I don’t see how he’s better than either of her exes. and don’t get me started on the fact that cass continues to surround herself with people she knows are master manipulators
