I find myself scrolling through chapters more often than not since it’s just retelling the same thing. if you are going to give a different perspective then have it actually be a different perspective. tell us about something that the other character didn’t if you are covering the same situation. Instead of picking up where the story left off, which is what would be preferred. otherwise I do love the storyline.

honestly I’m a little annoyed by this book. l like it. but I don’t like that at some points the POVs are exactly the same just in the other persons pov. I believe there are at least 2 or more chapters that are exactly the same just in the other persons pov. it’s just word fillers. at one point I thought I had repeated the same chapter like 3 times. I want to finish the book but I feel that it is dragging because of this reason.

Please stop using y’all so much. While it is a part of east coast/southern vernacular it is not used as much as you do. examples of better phrasing: you all, all of you, the group of you, the lot of you, all of you here ….
