Her body was burning with heat as Strong as volcanic Larva, and the only thing that could save her is the cold drink in the deep freezer just some steps away from her.

The weather that day was a very annoying and tiring one as she struggled in the big and long historical dress and also the fake pregnancy in her belly that will be used for the next scene she's going to act.

Cecilia had been casted as an extra character in this play and she only got two scenes and the two scenes were the scenes she'll have to act like a pregnant woman all in one day.

She walked frantically to the deep freezer and was about to open it when a hand stopped her.....

"Hey...hey sister, this deep freezer is only accessible to the Main roles I mean for Celebrities not for extras"

The passion and anticipation for the chilled drink immediately faded in her when she heard what her sister had said, and she politely moved aside for her.

Who wouldn't have obeyed her? After all, she's Carina... Carina Carter, the popular female actress in California. It should be considered a blessing that an upcoming actress like her, who doesn't have any connections, gets to act in the same movie as the famous Carina Carter, who also happens to be her stepsister.

Carina chose a chilled bottle of water and sat down under the cool umbrella that her personal assistant had set up for her.

As she drank the cold water, Cecilia's anger intensified.

Carina gestured for Cecilia to join her under the shade. "Cecilia, have you finally accepted that I can easily ruin you at any time?"

Cecilia looked at her sister with anger and disdain, she didn't give her any reply but hissed and made to leave but Carina held her back...

"Hey, are you going to complain to Nathaniel? Oh forget it, did you think he'll have time to listen to your jam talks? He's obviously enjoying the company of those beautiful Actresses than you" She said

"Carina! Cecilia ranted angrily while Carina laughed sarcastically Cecilia continued....

"You...you... Just wait and see! She said and stormed off.

Nathaniel Jones is also an actor cast in the same movie as Cecilia and Carina. He is Cecilia's childhood friend, and she also has feelings for him.

After middle school, Nathaniel made advances towards Cecilia, and they started dating. Cecilia was aware that their relationship was incompatible, but Nathaniel's behavior towards her gave her the impression that he loved her, even though he never expressed it.

She stormed into the hall and found Nathaniel surrounded by girls, most of whom were from the cast and crew.

Before she could reach him, Carina had already rushed over and deliberately fell down to gain attention for herself.

Nathaniel stood up from his seat and rushed to her .. "Nathaniel, I hurt my leg" She whined Nathaniel picked her up in a bridal style to the seat he was sitting earlier, Carina made a smirking face to Cecilia.

Cecilia stood there furiously, she somehow felt jealous with the way Nathaniel was tending to Carina's wound.

She decided to play her own trump card she also fell down....

"Nathaniel, I fell down" She cried, without even sparing her any glance, Nathaniel replied

"Call the manager to take care of you" He said making everyone erupt in laughter.

Cecilia was shamefaced, she stood up gently and left the hall.

After some minutes for the break, the shooting resumed, as soon as it was Cecilia's turn, the spectators and the crew busted out laughing hard

"That's the girl that's trying to get Nathaniel's attention" one of them said audibly so that she could hear....Cecilia shot the lady a daggerd glance and she kept shut immediately.

After the shooting, Cecilia stood at the entrance and was about the waved down a taxi, a dazzling red sports car zoomed towards her.

Cecilia's heart thumped and she retreated a few steps back.

Only to hear the screeching sound from the brakes, as the red sports car brushed over her the edge of her clothes before stopping abruptly.

Cecilia's heart almost stopped, after regaining her footing, when she saw a lady wearing a white body hugging short gown that barely reached her knee and emerged from it was Her sister Carina Carter.

"Carina You again?? She asked..."Oh sister, how are you after your fake fall earlier? Or are you still mad that Nathaniel didn't look at you? Carina Quipped.

Cecilia didn't reply and made to leave but Carina blocks her again... And repeated the same question just then, Nathaniel came out too and met them.

"Carina, don't you said you hurt your legs earlier? Nathaniel asked and almost immediately, Carina fell down again giving a fake cry... "Nathaniel, Cecilia pushed me down now" She cried.

Nathaniel rushed to her and picked her up again in a bridal style into the car then came out to meet Cecilia...

"Why are you so mean to your sister? Aren't you siblings? Why must you always be mean to her? At least she's your senior in terms of work you should respect her for that, you isn’t older than her isn't it? He asked.

Cecilia looked at him with eyes filled with pains and sorrows, then with pained voice she asked "are you still dating me?

Nathaniel was speechless for some moments then he smirked

"are we dating? I mean I made some advance to you but I never said I love you did I?

Cecilia's world fell, her hope was dashed, at that moment she felt as if the ground should open up and swallow her... she felt a drop of tear run down her face.... She shrugged..

"Okay, you never loved me? Then why did you show me love? You cared for me and you're kind to me, we are closer to each other than you're to Carina then why? She asked

"Cecilia, are you that dumb? I only used you to get close to Carina since you both lived together, see you at the shooting tomorrow..... ah I forgot you didn't have a role anymore.... and Happy birthday! I just remembered tomorrow is your birthday and we might not see each other so Happy birthday" he said and joined Carina in the car then rode off.

Cecilia fell on her knees and fainted.
