Chapter 1
Chapter One
“Harriet, you know we can’t be together; you are an omega, and I am the alpha of this pack. We can’t be anything more than lovers.” Damon stated as he laughed coldly in my face
I felt a sting of rejection and disappointment as Damon's words hit me like a punch to the gut. I had been hoping that he would see me differently, that he would see past the societal norms that dictated our roles as omega and alpha. But it seemed he was just as bound by those norms as the rest of the pack.
I tried to keep my emotions in check, but it was hard to hear him dismiss our feelings like that. I felt like I was just a means to an end for him, a way to satisfy his desires without real commitment or love.
"I thought you felt something for me," I said, trying to keep my voice steady. "I thought we had something special."
Damon's laughter sent a chill down my spine. "You're an omega, Harriet. You're meant to be loyal and obedient. You're not meant to be loved or cherished. You're just a tool for us to use and discard when we're done with you."
I felt a surge of anger and hurt at his words. How could he say such things? Didn't he know I was more than just a tool or a means to an end? I was a person with thoughts, feelings and desires.
"I'm more than just an omega," I said, trying to keep my voice from shaking. "I'm a person with feelings and emotions. And I deserve to be loved and respected, just like anyone else."
Damon's smile faltered momentarily, and I saw a glimmer of uncertainty in his eyes. But then his expression hardened again, and he spoke in a cold, detached tone.
"You're just being foolish, Harriet. You're a weak omega, and you'll always be an omega. You haven't even got a strong Wolf. In fact do you even have a wolf? And I'm the alpha, and I'll always be in charge. That's the way it is."
I felt a lump form in my throat as I realised he wouldn't change his mind. He wouldn't see me as anything more than an omega, a hard pill to swallow. He was right I hadn't been lucky enough to know my Wolf since she had never come through to me. Maybe I was too weak. Damon had always made me feel so good and yet here he was running me down like a bag of filthy rubbish.
I turned away from him, trying to hold back my tears. I knew I couldn't stay with him if he didn't see me as more than just a tool or a means to an end. But where would I go? The world outside the pack was unknown and frightening, and I didn't know if I dared to face it alone.
“Harriet, you know I love having you in my bed, but I need a real woman, a strong leader, to stand beside me through thick and thin. Someone like Aurora.” My ears pricked up at the sound of his aurora. She was the beta sister, tall, beautiful with long black flowing hair and bright blue eyes. She was fierce and strong so of course he would end up choosing her over me. How could I have been so stupid to think anything of him?
My heart sank as I heard Damon's words. I felt like I was being rejected not just as a lover but as a person. The realisation that he was only using me for physical pleasure was a harsh one, and it stung.
I turned back to face him, my eyes burning with anger and hurt. "You're just going to replace me with her, right?" I asked, my voice trembling.
Damon's smile grew wider. "Of course, Harriet. Aurora is a strong leader, and she's the perfect mate for me. She's got the strength and courage that I need in a partner."
I felt a surge of jealousy and resentment at the mention of Aurora's name. I knew she was a strong and capable beta, but I couldn't help but feel like she was the reason for Damon's rejection.
"You're just using me to pass the time until you can get what you want," I said, shaking angrily. "You're just using me as a means to an end."
Damon shrugged. "You know it, Harriet. You're an omega, and you're meant to be loyal and obedient. You're not meant to be loved or cherished."
I felt a lump in my throat as I realised Damon wouldn't change his mind. He wouldn't see me as anything more than an omega, a hard pill to swallow.
I turned away from him, feeling a sense of sadness and loss wash over me. I knew I couldn't stay with him if he didn't see me as more than just a tool or a means to an end. But where would I go? The world outside the pack was unknown and frightening, and I didn't know if I dared to face it alone.
“You can leave me in peace now, and I will call for you later tonight when I decide to.” And with that, he slammed the door in my face, leaving me a trembling mess, but I knew there was no way I was going to let him use me any longer.
As I walked away from Damon, I couldn't help but feel a sense of resentment towards Aurora. She was the reason for Damon's rejection, and I couldn't help but feel like she would take everything from me. She had always been so lovely and friendly to me; she treated me kindly, but nobody knew about me and Damon. He had insisted that I keep it a secret. Our secret. But now I realised I was nothing more than a dirty little secret to him. I felt so used.
I pushed those thoughts aside and focused on my feelings. I knew that I deserved better than to be treated like a tool or a means to an end. I deserved to be loved and respected for who I was, not just for my physical appearance.
I took a deep breath and squared my shoulders, determined to move on from this painful situation. I knew that it wouldn't be easy, but I was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
I wasn't going to stick around and wait for Damon to want me again, oh no. Tonight, I was going to leave Milton Manor Pack, and I would never return; it was time to start putting myself first.

The Biker's Fate
I squeezed my eyes shut.
"Dani," he pressed. "Do you get me?"
"No, Austin, I don't," I admitted as I pulled my robe closed again and sat up. "You confuse me."
He dragged his hands down his face. "Tell me what's on your mind."
I sighed. "You're everything my parents warned me against. You're secretive, but you're also honest. I feel wholly protected by you, but then you scare me more than anyone I've ever known. You're a bad boy, but when I dated a so-called good one, he turned out to be the devil, so, yeah, I don't get you because you're not what I expected. You drive me crazier than anyone I've ever met, but then you make me feel complete. I'm feeling things I don't quite know how to process and that makes me want to run. I don't want to give up something that might be really, really good, but I also don't want to be stupid and fall for a boy just because he's super pretty and makes me come."

After One Night with the Alpha
I thought I was waiting for love. Instead, I got fucked by a beast.
My world was supposed to bloom at the Moonshade Bay Full Moon Festival—champagne buzzing in my veins, a hotel room booked for Jason and me to finally cross that line after two years. I’d slipped into lacy lingerie, left the door unlocked, and lay on the bed, heart pounding with nervous excitement.
But the man who climbed into my bed wasn’t Jason.
In the pitch-black room, drowned in a heady, spicy scent that made my head spin, I felt hands—urgent, scorching—searing my skin. His thick, pulsing cock pressed against my dripping cunt, and before I could gasp, he thrust hard, tearing through my innocence with ruthless force. Pain burned, my walls clenching as I clawed at his iron shoulders, stifling sobs. Wet, slick sounds echoed with every brutal stroke, his body unrelenting until he shuddered, spilling hot and deep inside me.
"That was amazing, Jason," I managed to say.
"Who the fuck is Jason?"
My blood turned to ice. Light slashed across his face—Brad Rayne, Alpha of Moonshade Pack, a werewolf, not my boyfriend. Horror choked me as I realized what I’d done.
I ran away for my life!
But weeks later, I woke up pregnant with his heir!
They say my heterochromatic eyes mark me as a rare true mate. But I’m no wolf. I’m just Elle, a nobody from the human district, now trapped in Brad's world.
Brad’s cold gaze pins me: “You carry my blood. You’re mine.”
There is no other choice for me but to chose this cage. My body also betrays me, craving the beast who ruined me.

After the Affair: Falling into a Billionaire's Arms
On my birthday, he took her on vacation. On our anniversary, he brought her to our home and made love to her in our bed...
Heartbroken, I tricked him into signing divorce papers.
George remained unconcerned, convinced I would never leave him.
His deceptions continued until the day the divorce was finalized. I threw the papers in his face: "George Capulet, from this moment on, get out of my life!"
Only then did panic flood his eyes as he begged me to stay.
When his calls bombarded my phone later that night, it wasn't me who answered, but my new boyfriend Julian.
"Don't you know," Julian chuckled into the receiver, "that a proper ex-boyfriend should be as quiet as the dead?"
George seethed through gritted teeth: "Put her on the phone!"
"I'm afraid that's impossible."
Julian dropped a gentle kiss on my sleeping form nestled against him. "She's exhausted. She just fell asleep."
The mafia princess return
Her CEO Stalker and Her Second Chance Mate
“Where is that slut of yours, Creedon? Must be a hell of a lay. The coffee is going to be cold,” Michael complained. “What's the point in keeping her around? She's not even your breed.”
Not his breed?
“You know me, I like nice accessories, Besides, she is smarter than she looks."
An Accessory?
“Stop toying with the girl. You're letting her get too close to us. Not to mention the scandal you’ll have with the press once they realize she's a poor country girl. America will fall in love with her, you will just crush them when you’re done with her. Poor Image...” The sound of fits hitting the table silenced the room.
“She’s mine! She is no concern of yours. I can fuck her, breed her, or cast her aside, remember who's in charge here. “If I want to use her as a cum bucket, I will." His anger explosive.
Breed me? Cast me aside? Cum bucket? I think not!*
“She is pretty, but she’s of no value to you, Creedon. A pebble in a sea of diamonds, darling. You can have any woman you desire. Fuck her out of your system, and sign off on her,” Latrisha spat. “That one is going to become a pain in your ass. You need a bitch that will submit.”
Someone, please, come mop up the word vomit this woman has just spewed.
“I have her under control, Trisha, back the fuck off.”
**Control? Oh, hell naw! ** He hadn't met the take no bullshit southern bitch I could be.
Rage brewed as I elbowed open door.
Well, here goes everything.
The Biker Alpha Who Became My Second Chance Mate
"You're like a sister to me."
Those were the actual words that broke the camel's back.
Not after what just happened. Not after the hot, breathless, soul-shaking night we spent tangled in each other's arms.
I knew from the beginning that Tristan Hayes was a line I shouldn't cross.
He wasn't just anyone, he was my brother's best friend. The man I spent years secretly wanting.
But that night... we were broken. We had just buried our parents. And the grief was too heavy, too real...so I begged him to touch me.
To make me forget. To fill the silence that death left behind.
And he did. He held me like I was something fragile.
Kissed me like I was the only thing he needed to breathe.
Then left me bleeding with six words that burned deeper than rejection ever could.
So, I ran. Away from everything that cost me pain.
Now, five years later, I'm back.
Fresh from rejecting the mate who abused me. Still carrying the scars of a pup I never got to hold.
And the man waiting for me at the airport isn't my brother.
It's Tristan.
And he's not the guy I left behind.
He's a biker.
An Alpha.
And when he looked at me, I knew there was no where else to run to.
Mated by Contract to the Alpha

Damien Sterling—future Alpha of the Silver Moon Shadow Pack and ruthless CEO of Sterling Group—slid a contract across his desk with predatory grace.
“Sign this, little doe, and I'll give you everything your heart desires. Wealth. Power. Revenge. But understand this—the moment you put pen to paper, you become mine. Body, soul, and everything in between.”
I should have run. Instead, I signed my name and sealed my fate.
Now I belong to the Alpha. And he's about to show me just how wild love can be.
