Chapter 31
In the swirling darkness I could feel them. Without seeing them, I could tell them apart from how they felt against my skin, my fur.
Brian was soft against me, gentle, like a breath of fresh air. Cheney felt like worn down sandpaper, rough, but it was comforting in a way. And Nicholas, he felt like a heated blanket on a frigid winters night.
In the darkness of my mind, I began to dream. I could see their faces, in both human and wolf forms. I could feel them touching me, hands caressing my skin, the nuzzling of their fur covered faces against my sides.
The heat within me grew with every gentle stroke. Bodies began to meld together, and I became unsure of who’s hands, lips, teeth were on me. They were everywhere, almost overwhelming, but it was the most intense pleasure I’d ever felt.
Their hands roamed my body, exploring every inch of me. I opened to them, mind, body, and soul, holding nothing back.
Unsure of if I was moaning or just in the dream, I didn’t care. I squirmed under their touch and begged for more.
Please… Wynter and I both pleaded for more from them, all of them. Fingers entered me, caressing the inner most part of me. A hand encircled my throat, feeling the moan ripple through me.
The hand at my core, within me, teased, caressed, and penetrated so completely that I was blind with the intensity of it.
Pleasure rolled through me. The hand at my core vanished, and I cried out in frustration. A low laughing growl in my ear told me they were still there with me.
A heavy weight descended on top of me, and I felt something push against the opening of my most sensitive spot. I pressed myself against the hard length and begged again.
The teeth, hands, and tongues on me intensified as that hardness slid into me. The pleasure and pain mixed into a frenzied fog in my mind. It built until I was mad with need.
The hard length within me stroked back and forth, faster and faster, going deeper with every thrust. The pressure and intensity built, finally pushing me over the edge.
A beautiful, penetrating light erupted behind my eyes as the most incredible pleasure washed through me in waves. I was overcome with happiness and emotion, and completely satiated in that moment.
As the waves died down, the darkness creeped back in on me, and the comfort of sleep took over. I sank back into the blackness, leaning into the comfort and warmth of the bodies that encircled me.
I woke up alone, a sheen of sweat across my skin. The intensity of the dream still flowing through me in waves. It was the first dream I’d ever had like that, and I didn’t know what to think of it.
I could still feel the warmth in the bed that confirmed the triplets had been there not long ago. I was surprised to find that I was sad at their absence.
I was sore, each of my muscles screaming in frustration. I hadn’t realized how tense I had been during the kidnapping.
The only sign that I’d had any broken bones or a concussion, though, was the slightly uncomfortable tingle where the pain had been yesterday. Another wonderful perk of being a werewolf, I mused to myself.
I sat up and looked around the room, listening. I could hear talking nearby but couldn’t make out what was being said or who was saying it.
I rose slowly, stretching, exhilarating in the release of my muscles. All I could think about was soaking my soreness in a hot bath, but first, I needed to make sure everyone else was alright as well.
I made my way to the door, reaching for it, just as it opened quietly in front of me. “Oh, you’re up.” Nicholas shocked face also showed relief. His shoulder was bandaged and in a sling.
“Are you ok?” I was instantly worried, imagining all kinds of horrors that would keep him from healing like I had done the night before.
“Yeah, this is nothing. They just used silver, so it will take a bit longer to heal. I’m fine.” He smiled warmly at me, raking his eyes over me. “Are you alright?”
“Yes, I’m good. Sore, but I feel ok, considering. Do you know what happened? How they… why they…” I couldn’t think of how to ask why they had taken me.
“It’s well known that you’re possibly the mate of the next alpha king. It makes sense that they would use you to hurt us.” He said this calmly, without emotion. I was a bit unnerved by it.
He watched the fear come into my face, and then said. “Don’t. We were caught off guard, it won’t happen again. I assure you of that.” The last part was said in almost a growl. He was finally showing the anger that I expected from him.
“Where are Brian and Cheney?” I whispered. “They’re meeting with Father. That’s where I’m headed now. I just had to check in with the doctor first, and wanted to see…”
He was watching me, like he was expecting something, but I wasn’t sure what. After another moment, he cleared his throat and looked down, so I decided to clear the air.
“I think I’m going to take a bath. Soak the soreness out.” I nearly blurted out, shuffling my feet a bit. He grinned a bit at my discomfort but nodded his head.
“That’s a good idea. You need time to relax. We’ll probably be in meetings for the rest of the day. Take the time to recover.”
“You need time too, don’t you?” I asked, concerned about his shoulder. He ducked his head, his cheeks reddening, “I’m fine, really. No need to worry about me.”
He gave me one more concerned look and then turned to leave. I watched him walk away, and then went to fill the tub with the hottest water I could stand.
