Hannah

Sebastian kissed down my naked body as we entangled ourselves in the bed. The rose petals stuck to my sweating skin and tickled the bareness of my back. I breathed in the amazing scent of my mate, feeling completely content and at peace. His fingers traced down the sides of my body and I can’t help but smile as his lips found mine.

I loved this man so much and I wanted to show him just how much he meant to me. I deepened the kiss, wrapping my legs firmly around his broad waist, bringing his manhood further inside of me. feeling his length and girth filling me, I gasped at the incredible sensation. It was something I was never going to get used to. The way he makes me feel is surreal. Even more that I know he is my fated mate. Everything about him is just so incredible.

I can feel my wolf running laps through my mind’s eyes; she’s eager to be near him and to be touched by him. This is all she’s been wanting for a very long time. He bit onto my bottom lip and drew it into his mouth, and I can’t help but moan into him. It only takes a few days for my body to start feeling occupied. It no longer feels like it’s only my own. I haven’t taken a test yet, but when I look in the mirror, I know I’m not alone. I press the palms of my hands to my stomach and feel an electricity that causes the hairs on my arms to stand up. I smile at the thought that I could be carrying our daughter.

I can feel her within me, even though it’s only been a few days. Nora was also quiet and content; much like she was the first time that I found out I was pregnant. I knew it wouldn’t be long before I start having symptoms. I wanted to go to Sebastian right away and tell him the good news.

The last time I found out I was pregnant I was so filled with fear that I kept this information from him. But I had no fear left in me; all I wanted was for our family to be complete again. There was a knocking on the bathroom door and as I pull it open, I’m surprised to see Raya standing before me. I have only encountered her a couple of times since I returned from the underworld. She has no memory of what had happened since I left for the underworld. As far as she knows, we went to the underworld and fixed everything.

From the look on her face, I knew there was something huge she wanted to tell me. I wanted to tell her my news as well, but I needed to tell Sebastian first.

Before I could open my mouth to say anything, she lifted her hand up and I saw the gorgeous diamond that occupied her finger.

“Oh, my goddess!” I breathed, grabbing her hand to get a better look. “Is this what I think it is?”

“Arnold proposed,” she confirmed, tears filling her eyes. “He actually proposed. And I obviously said yes!”

“Raya, I’m so happy for you!” I said happily as I hugged her tightly. “This is incredible news.”

“It doesn’t feel real. I never thought I would ever find my mate or get married. But have and I can’t help but think this was all because of you. I’m so grateful you came into my life. I might have never met Arnold if it wasn’t for you.”

In a way, she wasn’t wrong. If I hadn’t gone to that school and met Raya for myself, Arnold would have never gone there per orders of Sebastian, and he would have never met Raya either. I would like to think that maybe one day they would have met anyways, but definitely not as soon as they did.

“I’m so incredibly happy for you, Raya,” I said again as we continued our hug.

“Thank you,” she breathed through her tears. “And of course, I want you to be my maid of honor.”

I smiled broadly at her.

“I would want nothing more,” I agreed.

She hugged me again before releasing me.

“I have to make preparations,” she says excitedly before leaving the bathroom.

“Maybe we can have dinner tonight to celebrate the good news?”

“Sounds great!” She agrees. “We can also celebrate your pregnancy,” she adds with a wink.

I felt the color draining from my face at her words; I had no idea how she knew I was pregnant so quickly. I hadn’t said anything about it.

She laughs at my startled face.

“Don’t seem so surprised. I can pick out a motherly glow when is see one. You’re definitely pregnant. I’m guessing you haven’t told Sebastian yet.” It wasn’t a question.

I shook my head, giving her a small smile.

“I haven’t taken a test yet,” I admit. “It’s just a feeling I have. A feeling I just had a minute ago.”

“Well, your feelings are rarely wrong. I would tell him right now!” She says with a smile.

I nod to her as she leaves.

I stare back at the mirror and give myself one last look over. She was right; I had a glow around my body that only a mother would have.

“Hannah…?” Nora breathed as if she was just waking up for the first time in ages. She didn’t need to continue for me to know what she was going to say.

“I know,” I say with a small smile, meeting my own eyes. “I’m pregnant.”

Sebastian

Sebastian sat in his study, getting some work done. It was work that has already been completed in the past, but because he’s re-doing the entire timeframe, he had to redo this work as well. There was a light knocking on his study door.

“Come in,” he says, keeping his tone low and even. He hardly even notices Hannah’s lingering scent until she enters the room.

He’s still busy typing away at his computer and sending emails to his alphas around the kingdom. She stands there for a long while, silently, watching him with sincerity in her eyes. But he doesn’t notice it, at least not at first. He figures if there’s something she needs to say, she can say it right away to him. But in the meantime, he was far too busy catching up on everything.

“I have to tell you something,” she says softly. He can sense her rising nerves.

“Okay?” He urges.

“I’m pregnant.”

He stops doing what he was doing and looks up at her.

“What?” He gasps.

She smiles and puts a hand on her stomach.

“We are having a baby.”
